Call me has changed billing periods
We want to make things simpler – for you and for us. That's why we are changing your billing period to follow calendar months moving forward. This would also make it easier to remember when you will receive new data.
Currently, your billing period runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next month. From October 1st, we will follow the calendar months, and you will receive new data on the 1st of the month.
The new bill
On the upcoming bill, when we make this change, we will invoice you for a few extra days of subscription compared to what we usually do. The price of your subscription remains the same; there are just more days included.
However, we will invoice you for fewer days of usage. In the end, you won't be paying for subscription days that don't exist in the calendar.
You don't need to do anything
This change happens completely automatically. If you pay through Betalingsservice or automatic card payment, your agreement will continue as usual.
